Orders and shipping

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free. Your parcel arrives in 7 to 12 business days, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship outside Switzerland?

Yes, we ship within Switzerland and internationally. The delivery time and any costs for your country are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on the Track my order page or on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Write to us as soon as possible via the Contact page, including your order number.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card. Payment is fully secure.

What if the brush doesn't suit me?

You have 14 days after delivery to send it back. Write to us via the Contact page and we will explain what to do.

Does it heat up?

No. The brush smooths with fine mist and flexible bristles, without heat, so it is ready as soon as you switch it on.

Does it work on all hair types?

It works best on straight, wavy or slightly curly hair. On very frizzy hair, it tames and reduces frizz without replacing a flat iron.

How do I use it?

Fill the water tank, switch the brush on, then brush section by section from roots to ends with the mist switched on.
